General I need help

    Hi,

    I am working on a fundraiser to help a family that does not have insurance and the husband has cancer and the child needs a surgery. We are holding a shopping fair.

    I went to open an account at the Bank to deposit the money that is coming in and I was told I needed to set up a charitable trust. Does anyone have a template for this? Or even know what type of trust I need to set up.

    You can look here for a template alter it for your needs that's what most everyone does.
    As far as the trust thingy you should go back to the bank and have them explain it again, after they are the experts.
