General Help me pls. im a begginner

i've download a template for a website. i use it, and it looks like this
click here. it doesn't look like the template ive just downloaded, do i have to change the image url, if i do so, it will like the template ive just downloaded? help pls...

Well you need to upload the folder using your ftp client to the folder where your page is located.
