General header and footer questions

    Hey guys...so I am slowly trying to figure this stuff out haha. So I downloaded the template and copied the style.txt into my style.css directory. I also have a header and footer files to add I was told but where are they in the txt file? Hope I am asking the right questions I am very beginner when it comes to this stuff unfortunately.
