When you run the install program the ownership of the folder created are given to the script. You have to check with your server setting for the information. I assume you were trying to delete the directory using FTP. You may need to use your server's control panel for that.

 

Even with the server's control panel i can't delete the dir. ??
I gave the install folder 777

Use your server's Control Panel. It should have a section call FTP Accounts. Click on that and it should give you additional information on setting up a new account.

It's not important since you seem to like what I did.
