do you have the *.psd file with the images? if soyu can just delete the logo keeping the background...

i can´t help you on this one cause i never used dreamweaver for... try a "low cost" dreaamweaver version ;)
try dreamweaver 8 ;) I´ts the only one i use, and it´s very easy and simple to work with

i see... i use fireworks to edit but the problem is that i receive the png images that you post here has a flatened image (like it was a jpeg)......

i also don´t have a clue on photoshop... but for basic changes i use macromedia fireworks... i think it´s much easier and you can open the *.psd...
