Even you have never used photoshop before it is still very easy to just edit the text on the images to your own in photoshop.

Does it matter is its flash? I could probly write come actionscript to do that.
Im not sure how its done in Frontpage as I have not used that for such a long time, but you probly just have to load the css file for the template.
You dont upload the PSD file, thats just for making alterations to the design using Phototoshop.
Yer with premade CMS templates you are very restricted to what you can do but adding and editing content to your sites is very fast and easy to do.
Looks like you have alot of learning to do :D
I just tested it and it worked for me. Try using another another program to unzip it.
