Legacy New Travel Logo

    1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
    Main text: Green Travel Scheme

    Secondary text: Don’t be environmentally mean, travel green!

    2) What is your website address (ex: http:/site .com/; Site Name)?
    N/A

    3) Description of your website or business:
    N/A

    4) Search the Internet for any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
    the style you are looking for?
    [​IMG]A similar font to this, in a similar style with like a big G with reen next to it then slightly smaller Travel Scheme under the reen part then under it all the 'Don't be environmentally mean, travel green!' in a similar position to the awards word on that pic

    5) Requested size of your logo:
    A high resolution image and a smaller version if possible please


    6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
    A clip art style cyclist to be positioned partly behind the letter G and partly not

    7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
    A text and image logo please

    8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
    Text in Green preferably and the cyclist in black

    9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
    Prefferably any that isnt mention above

    10) Describe the target audience for your logo
    It will be adults who are being encouraged to cycle/walk to work rather than take a car

    11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
    Healthy living, cycling looks fun and green travel is the future

    12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
    On a few various posters

    13) Do you have other info or links you want to share?


    14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
    No preference just a clear font that is easily read from a distance

    Wow that is the first real review this forum has had in a long time - thanks. I hope others take your lead and you posted a good start for a logo requested by New Member lewis007, maybe he can follow through as well as you did when reading the Sticky Post.
    Again Thanks so in return I sat down, put aside what I was doing and came up with this for you.
    I used the font Crandall for the Green letters because of it's clean distinctive look. The "ee" sloping up made it look like one was getting up and going. Wasn't to sure on how to do a cyclist half in/out of the letter"G" so I tacked it on to the end of "reen" like it was pulling the logo along and put a path underneath.
    Ran the slogan best I could, as it is a tad log. It is a start, I'm sure others have ideas they will post up.

    Thanks for the ideas and quick reply I dont mind helping out on the site while I was waiting and yeah I agree with Forest that the first one is superb would you be able to attach it please.
