General Testimonail Page for my site

Can someone help me figure out how to make a form or is there something I can insert in my site so that clients can leave testimonials that will automatically post to our site, I need something that will also keep spam from getting through.

Also what is the best way to put a contact form in the site as well.

It depense, are you working with PHP or .net? Personally, I would also recommend using .net (aspx files) for websites.

What goes for testimonails, those are typically added manually. If people were to write something and then magically appear on the website when they hit "Submit", wouldn't that just be a guestbook?
