Graphics I am trying to swap a Logo on a banner I have

Here is my banner....on the right side there is a logo that says outfitter's choice....I cannot figure out how to remove that and replace it with this Heartland Wildlife institute logo?????

Here is the logo I want to put in it's place

 

also 1970forest helped me a few weeks ago on shrinking down a banner and changing background color....it turned out perfect.

I know these are just suttle changes but I cannot figure out how to do these things that are easy for you to do. I don't have a problem paying a few bucks in paypal for the help I get.

ahhh didn't see that then lol Did you put a white background on the logo? I'm sure I took it off when re-sized it.

 

This banner right here is perfect but How do I get the deer head to move? I know the deer moving is a animated gif

I don't want the white background...it is a clear logo and I like the black background like this... I like this banner but how do I get the animated gif to work again...is their a code to input?

lol did you drag it in from PS? I did that and got a white background so I just opened up the PNG in Fireworks and dragged it into the banner and it came out transparent

P.S I've had a little experience creating animated GIF's etc at college just didn't see it was animated in the first place

 

banner looks neat n GG u also use fireworks? well i got a small query when ever i save gif from fireworks it never come out properly so i have to open PS for tht u know any trick or plugin for better exporting better gif images?

 

I like it!!! That would be pretty slick if the animated gif was tricked up a bit and the Deer were looking back at the screen and then back down etc. That would look great! Is that even possible to do?

 

BTW people that 'little experience' I had in college was about 2 years ago for a few weeks...not really a expert at it lol and can barely remember what I did lol

jd132 - Not really sure mate mine usually comes out fine. What do you mean it doesn't come out properly? Is it when you try to view it?

Ish - Can barely remember what I did so wouldn't really be able to. Unless I read back at it but too busy to do that lol

moabhunting - Yes it can be done but just not my thing.

CP - I get what you mean. I don't really like doing animations for some reason lol not sure why either unles I use Flash which would make it easier but i'd have to read up on it again which I can't do at the moment lol
