    1. Is it better to buy a tamplate from website like templateMoster or just use free ones?
I have never build a website before and this would be my first, I learn pretty fast on computer related things. I was tying to build a website with Dreamweave CS4 but got overwhelmed with all the stuff. I did some research and found out about templates. which lead me to this site!.
    My desires for the website
It would be a business website, "Self employed" the type of business is General Home repairs example "termite repairs water damadge repairs and ect..."
should i buy a flash website or just a regular HTML or XHTLM tamplate? thanks guys

Find a template which you like and suits your needs - doesn't matter if it is free or paid for they are all basically the same. I would stay away from Flash Templates as they are harder to learn, you need special software and are not indexed by search engines.
You can add any bells and fancy coding to any template.
The only advantage to some purchased ones are that some have extra pages already made.

If you find a template that fit your needs for more than 90% you can pay for it :)
But I suggest to start with free CSS templates, this way you can learn how a websites is structured and the code might be easier to change.
TM templates look very good but often the code is not the best one (I told them so often)
