General Template screwed up in Dreamweaver MX

    I have downloaded many templates before in Dreamweaver MX with no problem (although I must admit it has been about a year). I downloaded a template today and it is a mess in Dreamweaver. The header is split in three one on top of each other and the other parts are all over the place. I have tried twice downloading with no change. If I hit page view in my browser it shows fine. There is no way I can edit this website. Can anyone help with this????

    Try just downloading to your pc, unzip it and then load it into DW.

    That happens to me with some templates I download from various places but I use Nvu instead if MX isn't playing ball.

    Thanks, but still no good..........still need help

    I tried downloading to PC and then into DW and still same problem.

    I know I have been out of it for a year but waht is Nvu????:eek:
