    Hi guys I'm Melanie.
Ok I know how to edit Html once I have the codes. I can design great graphics as well.

BUT I can't figure out the basics.
How do I say take a templete code and make it a webpage?

I'm just not getting how to upload it to a site and use it? Once I get that part down I can figure out the rest :(

I would so appriciate your help : )

Just have to have a hosting plan through a provider. Theres many out there. I use siteground. Within your hosting plan you could use your cpanel to upload your site, name your home page index.html and your ready to roll.

Ok I think I'm getting it. Do I need to host the images on like say photobucket? Then put the url codes in the style sheet?

your host is just like your pc
    upload all your files there
if on your pc you store pics in a seperate directory then put that directory on the host.
