Graphics Help Please

I wonder of anyone can help me…after a failed business venture which has wiped me out financially I am returning to recruitment and I need a website to advertise my services along with jobs and to attract applicants to upload CVs

I can do the website but would really like a nice header banner and logo as this is beyond my capabilities….the Site is Called FS Recruitment which I would like in quite large letters then a smaller strapline maybe in italics “the financial services specialists”…….any colour is good maybe a graphic that relates to business would be nice.
Something like this www.xl-recruitment.co.uk

In addition I will need to spend money on getting a database to allow me to advertise jobs and let applicants apply online or upload their CV….there are a few ASP packages around that I could add code to a webpage but these are very expensive and if anyone could create a simple database that would do the job for me that I could host I would be happy to pay for your time..

I will see if I can come up with something for you. Do you want it to be a long header/banner to go across the top of a website? Or do you want it similar in size to the one on the page you listed?

Wow...thats really great...any chance of losing the coins as I am UK based and maybe droping the Fs Recruitment down so that the graphic is about the suze of this page?....I am really impressed...

Lisa you are a real star but I am looking for the top banner style so just as you have but to go accross the top of the page....I feel really bad making you change it again but I can use these as well...I am looking for a banner about the same size as the one at the top of this webpage..
