Graphics in need of a logo

im currently constructing a website but i do not havea copy of photoshop on this computer so if someone could help me out it would be appreciated!
here is the logo i need altered. it need to be the same color scheme but the website im making is geared for honda tuners so if you could possibly change the backgrond image to a 2006 civic that would be awesome. the text should say "k406.com"

im new to this this building website sites and what not where do i get the PSD? thanks for the help.

 

If you created this yourself in Photoshop then you would have saved it as a photoshop file (PSD), so whoever originally created this image should have the PSD...it would be highly difficult to modify without it.

i dont think i ever said that i created it. i do not have the psd. so forget what i said about changing the background image. If it is possible for you to remove "Your Logo" and replace with "k406.com" that would be more than enough thanks a bunch

 

In order to remove that text it would leave a big white space, the background would be gone...it would be easier to just create an image exactly the same size in the style you want, than to modify a jpg.
