Graphics "Water" Image Needed for header....

Hi everyone. I'm in the process of creating a site I need an image created for the header. What I would like is something along these lines (without anything floating in it):

Problem is I need it to be around 4000px wide which is why I can't make use of any of these. I know this is really big for a header but the site is going to scroll horizontally.

Would anyone be able to put something like this together for me? If not does anyone know an easy way to create this in photoshop? (there seem to be lots of similar images on the web)
