Graphics wakeboarding site help logo and mainpage

www.maumeewake.com is what I have so far.

Really in need of a great logo. I just found that one I have on the forums online and used it for now.

I would like the mainpage, or frontpage to be more media related than anything. A place where local boarders can upload photos and videos and scroll through them.

I kinda like this layout, but would need the middle sections 1 to be for videos and 1 to be for photos.

Im not sure what I need really. Can anyone help me gather the intial ideas for the mainpage together, or post some samples of sites that are close to what im looking for?

Heres Your Logo

I spent like 3 hours drawing this sketch and then rendering it. Its very high quality. In the real world this type of work would coast money but its free
