Would someone be able to review my site called Theme Park Central.

Site is nice, very easy to read. Very interesting niche. Could always pick up .com domain name

 

The design and lay out of the website is great and really suits its subject. You can tell instantly what the site is about which is always great. Nothing worse then hunting through a site and not finding what your looking for you’ve made everything clear and understandable. I feel the graphics are appropriate for the subject of the site. Overall the site is great apart from the ‘rollercoaster of the week’ sections hasn’t been updated for 2010. Other then that very good site J

ill just point out the things i would perhaps look to change as previous users have already correctly pointed out string points of your site.

- I would looke in to the size of the news font as i believe this to be kinda small and when the back is against the dark blue blackground hard to read.
- i also feel the grey for the sub heading appears hard to read and isnt vibrant as you probabaly wanted.

i am due an eye test the weekend though

 

Thank you, The roller coaster of the week achieves were only just updated yesterday as I wanted it to be easier to navigate and find what you want and where it says 2010 was because I still have to finish that section but it should be finished today. So thanks you for the kind words.

I am not sure what you mean by blue background behind the news panel. It maybe because you have an old Internet explorer version which we seem to be having a slight problem with the right hand side boxes.

How about a slide show across the top with pictures of the parks if you click on them will take you to the park
Example:

* Get a proper URL
* Not keen on all popups when you go on the site
* Remove bottom toolbar
* Very bland

I would suggest trying to improve position with "theme park"
You should be able to make Google page #1

Also the public library can get information for you. Try the reference section.
Also they can get you information on how and who to contact for parks.
You may even be able to obtain pictures from the park public relations office.

Better header/ logo.

To much blue.

Hard to read grey on grey. Make text black on grey over blocks on right.

Other than that it looks awesome. Cool idea.
