    Hi there,

    the page

    https://freewebsitetemplates.com/termsofuse/

    says

    You can remove any link to our websites from a template you're
    free to use the template
    without linking back to us. But don't forget to tell anyone that
    can use our service about
    it, that is if you like our website your friends will too.

    whereas the file termsofuse.html distributed with one of your great
    templates says:

    You may not remove the link Powered by Free Website Templates
    (https://freewebsitetemplates.com) at the bottom of your
    website if you're
    using the templates. We have worked hard to make the templates and
    ask that you
    respect our hard work so we can continue providing you with high
    quality templates.

    Can you please clarify what are the terms of use I should follow?

    We have changed our terms of use with less restrictions and more freedom.
    The Terms of use that is online https://freewebsitetemplates.com/termsofuse/ is our up to date one.

    The terms of use inside the old templates haven't been updated yet.
