Graphics Special Background modification

    Hello,

    i have some special request, but i hope with good Knowledge its possible to do with less time requirement.
    i need this Grafic to be changed:

    Instead of the Anime Girl or what ever she is, i need this Girls head there:

    http://www.gearfuse.com/wp-content/uploads/andrew/5_apr07/Kerrigan.jpg

    with the Same Colour Scheme and the rest of the picture need stay exactly to same. Also the Borders need to stay the same.

    Hope someone can help me out :) Thanks in Advance

    This is about as close as you'll get without having the original layered file to work with.

    Thanks alot, hope it wasn't too much work. I had to move the Stars in again on the left side so my Answhere took a while.
