General Salt and Soap step by step help????

    I downloaded the Salt and Soap Template and I'm stuck at that point. I have the Fonts & images folders, index.html, saltandsands.psd and style.css files. Now I need to know how to customize and upload them to my site. I'm using hostmonster for my hosting. I created my site using their web builder but it sucked and I found this template that I prefer to use so I deleted my original pages and want to start over using this template. What do I do? Thanks in advance!
