    1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
    Revive This!

    2) What is your website address (ex: http:/site .com/; Site Name)?
I don't need the website address in the logo.

    3) Description of your website or business:
A repurposing and upcycling business focusing on using waste materials to create products that support families in becoming more self-sufficient.

    4) Have you found any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
the style you are looking for?
    http://www.riversiderestore.org/wp-content/gallery/repurpose/repurpose_logo_riverside_restore_kristiimac.jpg http://www.curbly.com/users/DIY-Maven/posts/3671-How-to-Make-a-Plastic-Bottle-Chandelier-for-2-Bucks#jump

I drew my own logo freehand and came up with a cool design (I don't have a scanner at this moment or I'd show you) -- it's an oval with a bottle at the bottom and a tree growing out of the top of it. On either side of the tree (the bottle is under the ground) is a person and one has his/her arms stretched out and the other has his/her arms clasped to his/her chest as though receiving something.

    5) Requested size of your logo:
Large enough so that I can use it alongside a title for my website and have the ability to scale it down for smaller projects. :)

    6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
    I don't unfortunately :(

    7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
I am open to a lot of different styles. I like eclectic and "abstract" work too.

    8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
I am totally open to a rainbow of colors.

    9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
    N/A

    10) Describe the target audience for your logo
People interested in supporting their community, reducing waste, and using their creative mind -- late adolescence through late 30's, eco-minded parents, and green-thumb pet owners.

    11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
Products created from waste bring people and communities together.
Waste products can find a second new life.
Our products inspire innovation and self-sufficiency.

    12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Website, product tags, and print materials.

    13) Do you have other info or links you want to share?
This is the wordpress site right now (still heavily under construction :)

    14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
No Comic Sans!! I like garamond and times fonts. I can't remember what font I used for the banner image on the wordpress page but I like that too. Again, I'm really open to aesthetically pleasing images :)

Thank you so so much! Let me know if you need help with website content or other writing projects!

Wow, love the colors and design of that tree! My only thought is that this might be difficult to replicate into different mediums -- the font might be hard to read?

I found some other graphics similar to what I'm looking for -- it just took me a while to find some. Don't know if this is helpful? I'm really new to this process so if I'm being a newb I apologize in advance :p

I'll have further look latter and see what I can do.

Had good chuckle on question 10) from above it reminded me of a joke I posted The Green Thing - link because of one of my sons and a conversation with him. He said Mom and I were wasteful and not-considerate of the environment. I had to remind him as to how things were for us at his age. I had to then defend myself as to our lifestyle today. Things like we have a large garden, compost pile, recycled rain water, he has none, all plastics, metal, glass get tossed into the recycle bins then four times a year I load them up drive to the recycle center, his subdivision just made it mandatory with there weekly trash pick up last year. We use plain cell phones for calling, they live on their smartphones. We live in the country have two vehicles and plan our trips our gas bill is $130/mo. They have 2 vehicles live in the city and never plan their trips, their bill $400/mo (but Dad they are just short trips). My house is 2 1/2 times larger than his yet we consume 2/3rds less energy then he does, guess they just don't build houses like they use to. Anyway you get the idea how the conversation went. So let's see 57 vs 30's.

Here's another to look at. Took the basic design off a 'make your own logo' software of mine.

@ishkey -- Hah! It's all about perspective it seems! :)

@Covert -- Love the colors and how you incorporated the leaf! Does the logo software have anything tree-like? I guess I'm stuck on the whole "tree" concept lol. And no, I don't go around hugging them.... at least not in public. ;)
