"121 Publishing " also in some designs would include a slogan "Building Communities

No current website.
3) Description of your website or business:
We are looking to produce monthly magazines for neighborhoods and home owners associations free of charge with the content derived from the residents themselves.

4) Search the Internet for any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
the style you are looking for?

As I said I'm new to graphics, however, I will be using this logo for business cards and letterhead as well as folders for media kits.

6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
The logo url's above show some designs I like. I would like some type of outline of a home included into the design...anything really. I lack artistic creativity and am open to all designs. Simple and professional looking.
7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
I am open to all 3 types.
Text Only - Includes a text only logo which is a logo with just text and some extra effects.
Image only – Includes and image logo with no text (or little text such as initials)
Text and Image – Includes text and images used in your logo. This could be used to either
give a clearer view of what your logo is showing to your audience.

8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
Shades of blue would work for me. It's my favorite color and I find it professional. Also possibly a black version because the business card itself would be a blue.

9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
None.
10) Describe the target audience for your logo
Home Owners Association Presidents...Local Business Managers/Owners
11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
Attract Businesses For Advertising, Professionalism, Neighborhood/Community/Family
12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Print and eventually digital.
13) Do you have other info or links you want to share?

14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.

@Fellow9 I already changed my desktop background to that image. I have one question, however, I just started trying to build my own website is there anyway you could make a version of those 940w 400h? I'm using Wix and for the slideshow on the main page I would like to use it but it ends up looking pixelized and stretched at that size. I know I didn't include that in my original request but I just found out today. If not...no worries! Thanks again, it's amazing and I appreciate the work!
