Hello, I am new here,and I have create a new web site.but I don,t no how to use templates.Please someone help?

- download a template that you like it
- read the template license , must be in the zip file with the template files
- edit the template html or php pages with a text editor ,eg. notepad and add your own text content, images, links etc
- upload the files to your site

if its a template for a CMS, eg wordpress, joomla. Install it to your CMS and edit the contect from the CMS admin panel

 

You can edit the template contents with an HTML Editor. Search Google for:
"free html editor" then select the one you like or try several.
You can edit the CSS template with a CSS editor. Again search Google for:
"free css editor" then select the one you like or try several.
They should come with a help file that tells you how to use them,
or look for a tutorial or forum for them.
