Websites Please review my brand new Basic Directory

First of all ... this is my first try to make a website. Domain is about 20 days old.

So, as a beginner, I bet I lost many things in my view, in the past few days i've learned a lot, but i am surely not implemented all things right.

The Website is : Free SEO Friendly Directory

So i need opinions about:

1) layout , graphics improvement advices
2) overall opinions, i am ready to accept negative opinions , negative comments will always lead to better improvements.
3) What to add next in my site, to improve users experience, and make them come back to my site.

Your title is the most important - add a small description about the most important item of your directory - "Basic Directory" is not it.
Next is your description - short about the important items is better than long and including everything.
Finally - the keywords are for you to remember what keywords you are targeting for - most important first. They should get changed for effect until you have optimized them as best you can. Use a keyword suggestion tool such as wordtracker

However I would remove Google ads from the top
Also I would choose two main colors for the font. It may be either blue and red or black and red.

You can start by submitting your link to electrons online web directory then look at the following list of free web directories and submit your website to them.
