Hi I have been out of the loop (raising my kids, 3 kids in 4 years) and not used photoshop much in the past 4 years so I'm a bit rusty. I'm doing a small project and can't remember where/how to grey back a line-art image so that I can use it as a background in Quark. If someone could remind me where and how this is done I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks!

It depends on if you want to make a line art from a photo you have or if you are just looking for one to use.

Google Image search has alot on silhouette images that usually work for those things. To turn a silhouette into a basic line art just select the outside and then adjust the selection down by 2-4 pixes then delete the selected.

If you need more information on how to do this just pm me.
