PHP photo page with adding feature

    hello can someone tell how you can make a page were user can there photo`s and put them then in groups.
    (and mayby that user can make a password for it but that the admin received an email with the password)

    Gallery is a great one I haven't used it myself but I have seen it used a lot by others and it looks good.
    You can make different accounts with password and much more see here for all features.
