    For your resume templates, I would suggest checking with an employment agency for the format they want. Formats change for different areas and job types. Also they need to know about keywords. Most resumes now are scanned by a computer looking for keywords, their frequency and relation to other keywords. Big Item.
    Also this information should put you ahead of other resume templates.
