General new to this and need help please

    hi guy's i just got my website from microsoft. i have the office live free basics website and i'm using windows vista ultimate and i was wondering how i get a template from this website to work on mine. o ya and i'm new at this.

    update. i just upgraded to office live essntials i dunno if that changes anything or not but i figured i'd let you guy's kno
