Graphics Need some logos changed

Hi , on nightclub2 template there is a nightclub logo , how do i change the letters in photoshop to what i want but keep the logo exactly the same?

 

I want it to say WELCOME instead of nightclub but exactly the same colours and style

I tried so hard to do it in photoshop but I just couldn't find anywhere in the program to edit it, I looked through everything.
I want to animate the larger white wording on there too and tonight I'm going to try and figure out how to add pages to those tabs at the top.
Do you think I should throw in some stars to the template and maybe a music video or trivia logo or something?

 

Hey, could you plz help me with the Gamezone template?

I need some logos for "Forums", "Music", "Videos", and "TopSites" that look like the "Online" one below.

I need one that says "Blog" and another that says "Games" that look like the "Reviews" logo below.

For the site title, I also need one that looks like the GAME ZONE one with the same style & appearane, but in stead i want it to say "X BLADE GAMING"

Also, is there anything that can be substituted for the "Hitman" image on it?
