Closed Need Serious Help With Website Customization

You guys seem to know what you're doing on here. I'm definitely a noob and trying to put together a website for my music. I'm going through the basics of Dreamweaver but I don't have the know-how to get everything I want on my intro page. What I'm looking for is something very similar to this design:

The picture I want to use is or or

What I was wanting to do is align the picture to the right and have my logo "4PO" in the space on the left. Honestly I haven't had much luck with designing a "4PO" logo because of my limited experience with all the design programs. If anyone can just use their creativity and imagination in designing the website similar to the template link and putting their own twist to a simple 4PO logo on the left of the page, I will be more than happy. Like I said, I'm more of a music guy and my knowledge is very new and limited. . So to recap:

I envision a flash-like template like the the link I provided with one of the pictures I provided aligned to the right of the page and a 4PO logo taking up space on the left side.

FYI: 4PO breaks out to 4 Progress Only. We make positive and conscience hip hop/ hip rock style music. Any help would be awesome. I hope I explained everything okay.
