General Need Help With New Template

    So my website is www.hacksomething.com

    I uploaded the CSS and the folder to my FTP, but im stumped on how to make it a frames. Im also stumped on where to put things. Im stumped period.

    If anyone could help me with this, I would be deeply greatful.

    Like explain to me step by step, or chat me, or send me the .htmls with it kinda easier for me to understand.

    Yes, w3schools.com or just searching the net for any other HTML and coding tutorials (I assure you that there are tons of websites that will help you).
    Besides, you're gonna need a special software for that. Dreamweaver (and possibly Photoshop in future) would be enough.
