Closed Need Halo Template

I'm a web designer and graphic designer myself, but I need one for a Halo 2 sponsored clan. The clan is sponsored by Circuit City and called Team CC. I'd like it to be in Flash, but if its not, thats fine too. Also if you can't get me one, or at least in any close future, its ok if you give me a used one.
By the way, if it is in Flash, make it say Team CC and have the pages in order be:
1. Home
2. Members
3. About
4. Movies
5. Gallery
6. Forums

Right now the url is www.freewebs.com/teamcc172. The old site was www.freewebs.com/teamcc17.I'm not on the team but I'm doing it for a friend. I know, its a freewebs, but its only current. It is being made in Dreamweaver again once the domain can be bought which is soon. Also if you can't get me one fast, you can give me this one I've seen around here:
