What were you using to edit the web page? Does it have a "recent documents" type of command on the File menu?

Can you remember the file name? Or part of it? You could search for it that way.

Can you search your computer for recently modified files?

If you can remember any of the text (a phrase for example) maybe you could search for that...

If you're new to this there probably won't be many .htm or .html files on your computer - so maybe search on this...

    Geoff Tyrer is right !
If you saved it, it will be on the hard drive.
If you remember the title or name you used, search for that name.
    -
Start - Search - All files and folders - name of the document you saved
then click on the document name (in saved file or folder)

Also check start - My Documents (you may recognize the name if you check all of the list) - also check My Recent Documents

If saved it is on the hard drive, if not saved it may be in the temporary files folder (some programs automatically save to the temporary files folder every so many minutes - like Microsoft Word)

    hope this helps

Were you able to find the 'lost' document. If so, how did you find it ??
