Legacy logo request for Photographer - Commercial/family

    1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
    Natalie Doherty Photography is the name but the logo will be N D P

    2) What is your website address (ex: http://site.com ; Site Name)?
    www.natalie-doherty.com (under construction)

    3) Description of your website or business:
    commercial/family photography

    4) Have you found any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
    the style you are looking for?
    ben chrisman logo (posted below) with the faint design in background. I'm irish and have tried a celtic design in background of a draft (posted below). I like the logo in a box and the a line with my name after it. maybe my first name in black and my last name in colour. I have also attached my design and colour scheme for the website and I would like the whole thing to flow.

    6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
    no

    7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
    open to anything but i like something what i sketched already below. NDP over an image then my name.


    8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
    the colours that the website is gona use.

    9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
    anything that does not match website.

    10) Describe the target audience for your logo
    females, moms, families, couples.

    11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
    I am a fun, whimsical, modern, experienced/qualified photographer. in other words i know and im serious about what i'm doing but im also fun and creative with it.

    12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
    website, print


    14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
    like caligraphy style for logo and strong text for name title. but open to suggestions.

    hi thanks for posting! I think i like the second one better. The font in the first is a bit too strong and harsh for what i was going for. I was thinking more feminine, soft designs. I like the box around the logo. Thanks so much for your ideas!

    Hi thanks for posting! I neve thought of the camera idea. It's a bit modern for the style I was going for. I might try it with a pencil drawn illustration of a camera and a softer font just to get that creative soft natural feel.
