Legacy Logo help appreciated

I like the basic idea with this logo. I love the studio and photography around the circle. The 831 in color or at least those colors are too much. Maybe black and white may be better. Do you think we could play with the 831 font a bit? It's a good logo. I'm just wanting the "that's the one" feeling. Sorry to be so picky. Btw - I love the glare on the lens glass! Great job with that!

 

Not sure why my last post hasn't shown up. Said it had to be approved before posting. Anyways, I think we're on the right track with the logo of the lens with studio and photography around the edging. I would like to tone down the colors of 831, still too flashy for me. Maybe even a black and white. Maybe you could play with the font of the 831 a bit? It's definitely getting there though. And I love the glare on the lens glass. Great touch.

 

Yeah the only reason why I made the '831' in different colours is to represent that whole photography thing with images and colours but i'll play around with it and see what I can come up with

 

I had another colour in mind when doing it thinking that it would look better on a Blue background so i've done 2 with a Dark Red and 2 in Black and all of them are in different fonts. I have many fonts but it'd need about 2 pages on this post to get them all up lol but i've just used the ones that I think would suit a photography business and also thought of what you might lilke..

BINGO!!!! That is what we want cynthiajwang! It says elegant. It says high quality. It says us! Just consulted with my Wife and we would like to see what the "8" and the "1" would look like if they were a bit bigger. The logo is amazing! We love it.

genuinegraphics.co.uk - You have done a great job revising and building and creating, and we greatly appreciate it. But we were looking for one that just impressed the heck out of us at first glance, because we need the same done to our clients. Thank you for all your work and attempts, very persistent.

Attached are different versions of the logo...with the 8 and 1 bigger.

 

With some color in there -- i kind of like the red, but then again, if it goes on every single photo, then the simple white/grey/black would be best...but it's up to you and your wife

 

cynthiajwang - Ok, could we see a version of the 831 in that red you used, but with the 8 and the 1 enlarged a bit like you did above? We may ask you for both the white logo and the red logo for multiple uses. Thank you so much again for your talent. We'll wait to see the last version and let you know.

Alright, here are the two designs. Let me know if you want the red one to be completely in red -- like no white/grey.

 

By the way, I just reread your first post -- you wanted your logo with a transparent background too, right?
