Graphics Live streaming image

    Hi,

    www.ustream.tv/brokenmachine is my bands channel and need to make it look like a real thing.

    so i need soemthing like this: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/718624 You see the black bar with breaing news on it i need something like that but saying: Broken Machine TV.

    With a black bar like in that one, can it be JPEG file please.

    thank you.

    PS is it possbile to have BM.TV in a black circle (white text) revolving???

    The jpeg would be easily done, it's a static image but a revolving circle would be an animated file.
    Sticking both together kinda sounds like 'flash'. I could be wrong as I don't understand flash stuff.
