I like how their banner has a picture of their arena (First Mariner Arena), has the city skyline in the background and has picture of their three top players in the foreground.

Sure. The background of the collage I linked to would be nice if you could do it. Also, I'd like this pic of 1st Mariner Arena (oldest/biggest arena in the league). The league logo. Here's a cool pic too.

They have tons of photos on their facebook too.

Yes they are copyright free. I have permission from the league to use their logo in the banner plus in their terms of service it states you can use their banner for promotional use (fan site) and you gotta link back to them, which I will. Also, I have permission to use the game photos. I actually upload a lot of them to their facebook myself and they use it in their social media. So to make a long story short, yes those images are copyright free.

Lol, I completely understand. I wanted to give a little explanation cause sometimes people just say they are copyright free but they really aren't.

By the way could you throw a few more players from other teams on there lol? Cause 1st mariner arena, the player on the right and the player highlighted in the collage all belong to the Baltimore Blast lol. Maybe you could also put in US Cellular arena and a Milwaukee Wave player and some players from the other teams? Milwaukee Wave, Missouri Comets, Omaha Vipers, etc.
