    Hmm... Please check webmatrix application, there is application called bakery that you can use. You can deploy it within few minutes. Plesae just find hosting providers that support WebDeploy. I personally have good experience with asphostportal.com. They offer web deploy. I also use Web Deploy technique to deploy my asp.net site.
