Others Hi, could someone do me a huge favour and design an animated banner for me to use?

Colours: Green, blue, yellow, black, white.
Font and special effects of font: Bitstream Vera Serif or Estrangelo Edessa. Coloured pink with flashing yellow surround. Situated on the top middle, Dark_Kat, text. On the bottom right hand corner, P-O-E, text.
Renders and animation: Could i have a black panther crouching down on the ground, surrounded by forest in medium green tones, looking at you. Could the panther have striking yellow/gold eyes and change from lying on the forest floor to standing, opening its mouth, eyes narrow to angry slits and it's mouth opens to show it's teeth.
Border: Could the border be 1.00pt and sun4 coloured (bluish purple colour)
