General Help with making new pages

Hi there,

I have downloaded one of your website templates and am really pleased with the layout however, I can't seem to make any nice new pages lol.

my website is www.chatterbook.co.uk

What I would like to do is leave the left side bar in place so I can write all the words etc on the right...

Could anyone point me in the write direction as I don't have a clue (i've read some help pages but am still a noob lol).

The package I would be able to use for updating my website would be dream weaver and contribute.
