General Help Please !!!

I have just joined the forum and have introduced myself. When asking for some help I got told not to spam our site. Can someone tell me what this means as I am quite new to this. I run a company called www.hartpromotions.org.uk and wanted to use a template. I have downloaded it and now want to know what to do or if i need any special programmes. I use www.streamline.net for my site. I am also looking for a logo too. Please can someone HELP me !

Programs you need to edit the templates from this website are Dreamweaver or Frontpage. You may also need Photoshop to make changes to the design.
