Help needed with Company Logo

Hi all,

I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year.

I really do not know where to start in terms of logo creation for my new business.
Referee Direct will be an online store selling everything a football referee (or soccer for the benefit of our American friends on here) needs in terms of kit and equipment.

Can anyone help with a log design?
I'm hoping for a fairly simple design, but as professional as possible. Maybe black text and some sort of black line design?

If anyone can provide me with a logo that fits, I will gladly advertise you/your business on our social media accounts and website.
