General Help needed with a template

    I have downloaded a template which I wish to use on my website but am having trouble uploading it onto the website to use (I have soholaunch), can anyone help me out with this?

    I have it saved to a file in the way that soholaunch tells me too but when it is uploaded it says that is not in the correct format, any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Since we have noway of knowing the details between you and soholaunch, you have got to give us more details to work with.

    Thanks - what kind of details do you need ?- I have very little idea when it comes to these kind of things to do with websites etc so if you could let me know that that'd be great,

    What format are they asking for?
    What did you up load? The zip file or the individual files.

    It also gives this info

    If you're running v4.8.5 or later... Zip up your Template Folder and Files and upload the .zip file via Template Manager > Upload Custom Template (below Base Site Template selection). Once uploaded the product will automatically extract your .zip file in the correct location, and the template will be availible in the list of templates (drop-downs and browse by screenshot).

    Using Web Templates

    Hi, I was wondering if you could help me. This is my first time using a web template and I'm really confuzzled. So i found a template that i wanted to use and I downloaded it. And then when I open it, its a zipped file...So my question really is, where do you go from there? How do u make it a website again and edit your own stuff?

    if someone could reply a.s.ap that would be great
