Customization Half the way - HELP NEEDED ASAP

1st of all, i wanna thank you guys for ur gr8 job. u do not need me to tell u that because its obvious by the number of this site users. but thanks is a must so thank you.

i started web-designing course a month ago, im already a pro at making ebsite layouts, and thats it only website layouts, i want to move on to the next step.

I'm willing to share a lot of my layouts , god willing, online. but i need you to do me a favour first regarding converting a layout made by the photoshop into a site template in dreamweaver. please explain that in a step-by-step guide or give us a link that explains that in a step-by-step guide as well. please guys help me out, i really need to know how to do that. thanks in advance.
