Hi Everybody,

I'm recently new to the web game, 1.5 years now, but not to IT (25 year veteran). Now working as multi-faceted consultant, mostly Real Estate Investor and Underwriting Commercial Mortgages now, I have clients that I work with who need websites and host with me. I build them based on the content they've provided, work with them to get them ranked in the engines and train them how to use their sites. They can choose to maintan them or have me do that for them. Either way, it's a fun venture.

I know I need to purchase some tools to build/develop my own templates, which I've done one already from scratch and it was a fair amount of work for me at the time, now it's not much. I look forward to participating in this group. It's great.

Thanks again. I am about to finish another site I created using the template here. Still have the logo issue, but the style sheet is fantastic. Take a peek at http://www.eurohomes4sale.com -- almost done. Got a few more pages to complete but we're getting there.
