Graphics Glenn Beck Logo for my forums

I'm setting a glenn beck forum and I need a logo that is in the format as this image...



I need the exact same red color as shown in the image above but I would perfer the banner to be around 900-1000 pixels in width.

Now in place of the eagle/flag/constitution image I would love some cool picture of Glenn Beck, Glenn Beck Logo, and various other "patriotic" images and kinda have them faded into the image like the banner above shows...

Also, on the right side of the logo/banner I would love three smaller images of Samuel Adams, George Washington, and Ben Franklin (but make it fit in with the look of the banner)

I would also love the logo to say "It's Time To Take America Back!" in kind of the same color/style that the word "Remember..." in the image above has
