Alright i can see the template in dreamweaver. now there is another file that says css.style. can i open that in dreamweaver? can i edit the css in dreamweaver?

I'm using a template with a portal sofware called visiongate portal. Is all I have to do is plug my php. pages in? or do i need to do something else to the template?

has anyone used a portal software with a template?

also if i have a ftp acct already, how do i load the site?

Its very simple, Just open up Dreamweaver then go file>open and select the website templates page. Should be called index.htm

    And then open it up.
