General CSS.. XHTML...Confused

    I DL a free templet lastnight I guess im old school with HTML and CSS, but How do i get it to work?! Im using a freeserver right now to build my site and cant figure out were to place the CSS to get it to work with the HTML. Is there a guide online I can read?

    I figured it out NVM, stupid me. Thanks!
