    i have plenty of friends who play it around 500 players and they don't want to join rune-server or runelocus to many hateful users, runescape is a mmorpg almost like LoL and WoW but less player base than wow or lol but it is a fun game that i want people to join this community without feeling pressured or bullied from other members most the staff from the other community's are corrupt or do nothing.

    I'm Mimoun, but I can't Mimic that for free in a legal way as it's commercial copyrighted web design and code.
    If you want something like that way not just pay for it?
    You can buy the design http://www.vbstyles.com/ and the software https://www.vbulletin.com/

    In my opinion I would not buy it. I have used vBulletin myself for years and it's really not that great anymore.
    Discource is free and open source.
