Hi Falcon, as a teacher and student (again) that would definetly use a calculator tutorial if needed I hope you can use the following suggestions:
    1) As stated above it would make more sense if you aligned the Home, Forum and Articles buttons on the same side.
2)You've got a lot of info on here is there any way to categorize better most students won't take the time to scroll through to the bottom.
    3) Your font for the directions is totally overwhelmed by the screenshots maybe think about balancing them out (I know that is hard because we need to see the screenshots clearly maybe crop until only the relevant part is showing whenever possible. Most students would never use Ctrl function to change font size
    4) I understand that you are probably making money from the ad links but the adchoices ad at the center is exactly where your eyes goes as soon as the page opens which makes it look cheap or like a bogus spam page. Also, all the blue hyperlinks at the top center are very distracting can you maybe bullet them to the side?
Hope all this is not to negative I like the overall purpose of the page and hope you can use any of my suggestions!

Thanks for the detailed review of the page. I teamed up with falcon and try to improve it. Falcon is expert in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and I fiddle in programming. Neither of us is much good with design so those are what we came up with. Here is my attempt on improving it.

I'm having the same problems viewing your site. The button for "Home" is on
the left and the buttons for "Articles" and "Forums" is all the way over on
    the far right.

If it were me, I would change your screen shots. Right now, they are
extremely hard to read because they are fuzzy. This is because you've taken
a small sized screen shot and have blown up the dimensions...which means the
screen has to stretch the original photo size. If you need screen shots that
are that big, make sure the final screen shot you use is the same size.
    Hope that makes sense
    -
    Yes it does make sense
I will work on the screenshots and buttons

    Nice program have you made!
But look after the website. Try to have images(the screenshots) with higher
resolution and try to lignup it better for widescreen monitors.
    Keep it up!

Will try and make it fluid

All the content is great, it just needs to be more pleasing on the eye.
Maybe a different, slightly larger font and slightly smaller pictures, maybe
with the picture under the text, centralised in a box (if that makes sense),
instead of running all the way across the screen. Just my 2 pence

Hello. Looking over your sight I relized a few things... 1 being that I need
to brush up on my algebra because a lot of the screen shots may as well be
in greek The top section of the page seems a little busy. I would align Form,
Articles, Home, and menu button in one line and center it. Also, the links
(related articles) seem a little out of place. I am not sure if it is
possible, but could you have one link button that brings you either to a
separate page, or to the bottom of the page where the links can have their
own section? I like the Picture though and the page is very clear. I agree
on the screen shots comments as well. have you consider just reducing the
size of the images on the website? That should improve the clarity.
    Good luck!!!

The information is not only of algebra but how the calculator presents it.
I will probably ask for help on the buttons as I have tried. The menu and
home, articles are different. Because the menu is CSS and a separate program,
I will need to contact the author. But it is a very good idea, keep
everything neet. Also will try a better presentation of "related articles".
The related articles does help increase traffic (it maybe because of the
    links)

Of course, I just opened the page to the newer site It looks great though.
I really like the appearance of the page and the layout meshes much better.
The only reccomendation I can really make about this one is that I still
don't really know what your product is. I have a basic idea, but If I am a
less than informed parent planning to buy this for my kid what exactly am I
getting? I would like to see a "dumbed-down" description. Why is this better
or how is it different from a TI calculator, etc?
    -
You can't buy it, it is free. I am adding information on how to use it for
algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus and statistics.
I also have the free ti emulator with programs for math. It helps to explain
the programs (I have detailed information on some TI Basic programs for math)
Again they are free programs to help students understand math, the programs,
and tutorials on how to use the free calculators.
More students have problems with math, this is to help them (including free
    homework helpers.

Hello, as a student myself I hope I'm able to give some useful insight.`The concept of the sight itself is really great, and I could totally see myself using in my studies but it does a few serious flaws. The images used are very low resolution, and from an OS two generations old, program layouts do change, and sometimes considerably so over operating systems. Im not saying you should delete those pictures, but images from windows vista and 7 also included could really help. Also, much of the information is dictated on a single page, perhaps consider making sub categories to help students find their way to what they need easier. Apart from that, I didn't`t notice any technical issues, and wish you all the best!

    Hi.

Again as someone who is new to this and not very website building minded, here is my 2 pence-worth.

The site I am sure has all the information you need on it. However, it does look really basic and almost as if it was thrown together the night before the build a calculator website exam day.

It doesnt look like it would take much to get it up to scratch though.

Functionality is fine, its just asthetics for me.

I hope that helps in some small way!?

    Regards

    Hi,

as an unbiased review I dont think this site is groundbreaking but i suppose its not supposed to be !!!
it does everything u need and is well worded, but the graphics are not the best quality, could do with a little sharpen.
as i've never come across a website like it before i've nothing to really compare it to, but i would definately use it if the need arose

Just had a look but the pictures on the right hand side look blurred and very low quality apart from that my dad was using it and seemed to like it!
